For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside others on their journey toward healing and wholeness. My work as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Hypnotherapist has taken me across Europe and the United States, where I’ve supported individuals through deep one-on-one healing.

My professional path has been shaped by extensive international training in natural healing arts. I’m certified as a QHHT Level 2 practitioner, Senior Trager Approach Practitioner, and Reiki Master, and have also studied Remote Viewing, Meditation, Applied Kinesiology, and other complementary healing modalities.

Each of these disciplines has offered unique insights and deepened my understanding of how we can support the body, mind, and spirit in their natural movement to grow, heal and ultimately thrive.

Beyond my clinical practice, I’ve designed and led professional training programs and continue to mentor students from diverse backgrounds. Sharing knowledge and helping others find their own unique path in the healing arts has been a deeply fulfilling part of my work.

As president of regional bodywork associations in both Switzerland and the U.S., I’ve also had the opportunity to help build strong, compassionate communities dedicated to advancing holistic care and widening access to this vital work.
